SEW-EURODRIVE Workbench is a planning and configuration tool for engineering drive systems. Use SEW-EURODRIVE Workbench to configure basic as well as complex applications and virtually test their functionality. You can conveniently drag and drop the components you want, such as drive, inverter, cable and field distributor, into a complete drive system. Workbench checks your configured drive system and reports possible combination errors.

Did you know…? You can create and save not just one, but multiple projects at a project folder in SEW-EURODRIVE Workbench. SEW-EURODRIVE Workbench also offers more: Like a kind of savable shopping cart, you can exchange existing projects directly with other Workbench users. This allows multiple project participants to work together on your project and guarantees submission to us for optimal order processing.

Don't forget: The result of your Workbench configuration is a product list that can be saved as a PDF file and printed or sent directly to us for order processing.

The DriveConfigurator is the ideal tool for selecting your products. The DriveConfigurator allows you to quickly configure a drive online to suit your individual needs. Starting with gearmotors, motors, gear units and explosion-proof drives to servo drive technology and inverter technology, to decentralized drives and mechatronics.

An easy alternative to spending hours flipping through catalogs. The DriveConfigurator offers guided electronic product selection. With its clear layout and intuitive, guided use, you can find the right product for you directly and quickly. This makes product configuration a breeze! All of the documents and CAD models you need are available once configuration is complete.

More than just configuring! Of course, you can also submit a request from the DriveConfigurator or order a product directly. A template manager also lets you save configurations and quickly retrieve them for a later request.

Do you want to ensure a direct reference to projects or your material number during the quotation and ordering process? Then take advantage of the option in DriveConfigurator to save your material number and a specific comment for each selected product.

Variant management is an optional service we provide to assist you in the standardization and reduction of product variants and in simplifying your master data management. Say you want to sustainably improve your design processes and processes with companies working with you. Variant management helps you do this.

Everything under control. With variant management, we save your requested and ordered SEW-EURODRIVE products in a database. Comprehensive filtering and comparing options allow you to select a product from those you are already using. This allows you to specify a search for a product using a number of technical product features, such as motor power, output speed and output torque. Find the product you want more quickly and save yourself hours of searching in other systems. Just select the technical features you want, choose the right drive from those recommended, and you're done. This is the product data management of today.

Do you want to use the same products for your entire company? Or approve product lists across multiple companies? With variant management, it's easy. Product lists for global groups of companies can be saved and approved in order to use the same products throughout a company. You can also save preferred products in product lists and release them to third parties. This allows you to control the reduction of variants even during the selection process.

The "Select replacement product" module from DriveBenefits assists you in selecting a complete replacement product. This means faster processing and valuable time saved. Entering the SEW-EURODRIVE serial number returns information on the product used, technical data and CAD data. It also includes a 3D view of the product.

Once the search is complete, you can request a quote for your replacement drive or order it right away. To do this, just add your replacement product to the shopping cart and then send a request or order to us directly. Do you need spare parts for your product? Just select your spare parts from the appropriate parts list and add it to your shopping cart.
